The Minimalist range is a family of ram pressed, high fired, stoneware food service items, designed with no fancy embellishments, no decorative rims or frills, nothing to distract from the food upon them. Smooth to touch (so easy to clean) and matte looking, they are the perfect blank canvas for your food art. This is the go-to range for food creatives, home cooks, professional chefs, stylists, and food photographers alike.

Made OF Australia’s signature series of functional stoneware ceramics – twice fired, once to full vitrification for durability and longevity, then again while sealed in special containers (called saggars) with native Australian flora and organics from indigenous fauna (organic materials like snakeskin, emu and crocodile eggshell, and goose feathers etc.). Once vapourised, the naturally occurring oxides and minerals released by the flames fuse with the surface of the clay, creating unique and unrepeatable patterns and markings on the surface of the clay…it’s pure alchemy!
