The roundness of the leg, in addition to providing a smooth, endearing charm, has the added effect of making it more difficult to bump your toes when sitting at the table, and makes it easier for a large number of people to sit comfortably.
This round table developed in collaboration with Jin Kuramoto gives an aura of sophistication, strength, and dependability, with its sturdy form and wood that is smooth to the touch. Designed to draw you in upon first encounter, it pairs well with a wide variety of chair types, such as EIGHT and WING, and can provide a quietly strong presence in both home and contract environments.
Made using Hokkaido-grown Japanese Oak, the top is firmly supported by a singular column leg in the center, and both the top and leg can be selected in different colors.
A 1 3/8″-thick Hokkaido oak-top board and a columnar leg that firmly supports it in the center. It’s a reliable table that you can see. The design is easy to match with various chairs, and the top and legs can be painted in different colors. Combined with the flexibility of the round table, it can be widely applied to contracts in addition to home use.
