TOSAI Lounge Chair (Upholstered Back)

TOSAI’s design is a successful synthesis of geometry and seating comfort. The shape of the backrest follows a precise circular arc, providing comfort with an embracing quality.

A series imagined by German designer Peter Maly, who combined his strong Bauhaus inspiration with Japanese design sensibilities. The lounge chair looks beautiful as part of a set or as a standalone piece. Available in Walnut or Japanese Oak, its dynamic form leaves a striking impression. The flowing grain can be seen on the chair’s wide, ample back, which is supported by solid wood legs.

This upholstered back type provides a sense of elevated comfort and ease of sitting.
